WELCOME TO TEMPLE
Temple Baptist Christian School was started in 1985 as a ministry of Temple Baptist Church to assist families in teaching their children, not just the "Three R's," but also in the Word of God. TBCS realizes the importance of "Training for Time and Eternity."
VOLLEYBALL SEASON IS UPON US!
The girls volleyball season has already gotten off to a fast start! There is a full schedule ahead of them, including four tournaments.
Several parents have indicated to me that they would like to help in different areas of the school. What can you do? Help us in the concession stand. We have volunteers from our church who help us for practically every home game and tournament, but we can use more help. If you can give of your time for a couple hours on a night that we host a visiting team, we would greatly appreciate your help.
Please pray for our girls as they play and travel for a good testimony and safety.

FALL FESTIVAL ON NOV. 1!
I know it may sound a little early to start speaking of the Fall Festival, but we are just a few short weeks away from this fun and exciting evening of activity. There will be games, inflatables, a silent auction, and great food! if you can help us by soliciting or picking up donations for the auction, we would greatly appreciate any help you can give for this project.
Along with the fall festival, the school will have our annual spirit week. Please work with us as we strive to build great school spirit during this fun week of activities.

What is the most important investment you can make with the finances that God has blessed you with?
I would suggest to you that it might be the opportunity to invest in the lives of someone else. What greater time to consider helping someone else than Thanksgiving, a time when we try to teach our kids to see the needs of others around us.
Each year, our school does a pounding to collect non-perishable food for the Good Shepherd Children's Home in Murfreesboro, TN. They have told us in the past that the food we bring on that Tuesday is quite often enough to help them get through a few months.
Please begin to collect food items now so that we can give them the best pounding ever!!
