WELCOME TO TEMPLE
Temple Baptist Christian School was started in 1985 as a ministry of Temple Baptist Church to assist families in teaching their children, not just the "Three R's," but also in the Word of God. TBCS realizes the importance of "Training for Time and Eternity."
GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL SUCCESS!
The Lady Eagles Volleyball season has had another great year.
While there have been unique challenges to this season, our girls have played with great passion and had success. they have had another winning record thus far, but more importantly, they have demonstrated Christ-likeness as well.
We are still working at trying to get the girls into at least one tournament, but all-in-all, we are thankful that we have been able to accomplish what we have for this season!!

TBCS has done the very best we can to maintain a level of "normal," especially when so many things around us are not normal.
We are looking ahead to several important events coming up. Please mark your calendars for several very important events this spring.
First, TBCS will be competing in the TACS State Fine Arts Competition on March 18-19 at Franklin Road in Murfreesboro. Our students did a great job at Districts. Stay tuned for more details in the coming days. The week after the fine arts is Spring Break week as well.
Second, we are preparing for the Spring Program and Wax Museum that will be held on April 30 this year. The students will be showcasing their research projects and accomplishments from Fine Arts this year.
Lastly, the 2021 graduation will be coming soon! Please plan to join us as we recognize the accomplishments of our Seniors and Kindergarten on May 28 at 7:00 PM in a very special exercise.
TIMES ARE CHANGING!
It is an understatement to say things have changed over the last few year. I have not met anyone in education circles who predicted that schools would be closed for an entire quarter of a school year. I never thought that I would be required to wear a mask in certain places. I did not think some people would think it awkward to shake people's hands as a greeting.
But one thing I am confident in, God has not changed. He is in perfect control. His Word has not changed. And His Word tells us that in the days before His coming, there will be strange and catastrophic things take place.
Since TBCS is based on God's Word, and we actively seek His will for the ministry, we can also have great confidence that He will guide and protect our school families in the days and weeks to come. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind!
